Summary:Uterine leiomyomas are the most common gynecological tumors in adult women. These benign tumors are rarely seen in the adolescent population: there are only a few cases that have been reported so far in this age group. In this case report, we present a giant uterine leiomyoma that mimicked an ovarian tumor in a 15-year-old girl.
