Summary: | The patient is a 47-year-old male with no significant past medical history who sustained a minor blunt head injury in a motor vehicle accident. Only after the motor vehicle accident did the patient report symptoms, which may be a result of intra-tumoral hemorrhage secondary to the trauma, or recall bias. In our case, the patient became symptomatic from the lesion only after mild head injury. |
