Summary:Abstract Trans Arterial Radio Embolization with Yttrium 90 in the treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma is becoming a new interesting tool in the treatment of patients that are considered non resectable and non transplantable. A successful downstaging could improve the number of patients that could benefit from a resection or a liver transplantation, but some points still need to be addressed.
