Summary: | The results of dielectric measurements on (NH sub(4)) sub(3)H(SeO sub(4)) sub(2) crystal near the ferroelectric phase transition are presented. The experimental data are described using a dielectric state equation. The coefficients A and B are estimated for several temperatures in paraelectric phase. The measurement at constant temperatures revealed dependence of the effective nonlinearity coefficient B on temperature in a range of T sub(c) + 14.3 K. Measurements of spontaneous polarization allow determining B, C coefficient in ferroelectric phase. |
