Peroxidase activity of catalase, modified by progesterone

The purpose of this work was to study the catalytic properties of catalase modified by progesterone in the oxidation of o-DA by hydrogen peroxide and cumene hydroperoxide (CHP), depending on the degree of modification of the native enzyme.
