Description
Summary:Super‐resolution imaging of sub‐cellular organelles and nanostructures is achieved by simply putting high‐refractive index glass microspheres on a sample in combination with a microscope immersion objective for observation. The microsphere projects the sample's near‐field nanoscopic features into the far‐field, generating a magnified virtual image and demonstrating a resolution four times better than that corresponding to the classical diffraction limit.
