Summary:Abstract We describe a case of giant bilateral skull vault haemangiomas in a patient with diffuse skeletal haemangiomatosis. The clinical details, histological and radiographic findings and surgical management are reviewed. This is the first described case of radical surgical management of bilateral giant haemangiomas with relief of intractable headache.
