Summary: | In order to assess the importance of these regions in many of the chemical and functional properties of human plasminogen and plasmin, utilizing the native molecule, the authors have undertaken a program aimed at the generation of a series of monoclonal antibodies to these domains. Data are presented in this paper which show that antibodies of this type have been generated and can indeed bind to specific domain regions in plasminogen. |
