Summary:Isolated cold abscess of the thigh without active tuberculosis elsewhere in the body is a rare entity, and only a few cases have been reported in the literature. We report a case of isolated cold abscess of the thigh following DPT vaccination in an immunocompetent child. The association with DPT vaccination is intriguing and requires further research.
