SK Telecom Agrees to Acquire Shopkick; Deal Would Give SK Telecom New Foray Into U.S
South Korean wireless company SK Telecom Co. said it agreed to acquire U.S.-based shopping-loyalty app Shopkick Inc. SK Planet Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of SK Telecom that is operated independently, paid about $200 million for the company, a person familiar with the matter said.
