Smelting Indices of a 2000-m super(3) Blast Furnace at the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine During its Blow-In After a Class-II Overhaul

It is proposed that the smelting rate in a blast furnace during its blow-in be determined based on the time it takes to melt the charge which is used to fill the furnace and the smelting rate that is based on the total amount of carbon which undergoes combustion in the furnace.
