Description
Summary:New data are published on the size, the configuration of the cirrus and sacculus accessorius internus, as well as on other characters in the types and other specimens of Dicranotaenia querquedula and Dicranotaenia parvisaccata . Both the taxa are characterised by dorso-anteriorly situated sacculus accessorius internus, which is narrower than the width of the cirrus at its base. They differ from each other (except for one worm) in the shape of the cirrus and in other characters. The discussion also includes comments on Dujardin's original description of Dicranotaenia coronula .
