Highlights • Human IgG1 anti-gp75 TA99 mAb shows normal target binding and functional in in vitro ADCC. • Human IgG1 TA99 mAb does not prevent outgrowth of B16F10 melanoma in wild type mice. • Anti-tumor effects of human IgG1 TA99 mAb against B16F10 melanoma in human FcgammaRI transgenic mice and FcgRIIB knockout mice.
