Summary:Photo-crosslinkable resins (ENT-1000, ENT-2000 and ENT-4000) were used. Immobilized beta-glucosidase showed lower substrate affinity, better thermal stability, optimum pH range shifted towards the alkaline region and higher temperature optimum. beta-Glucosidase entrapped in ENT-4000 exhibited properties closest to those of the free enzyme.
