Planar waveguide immunosensor with fluorescent liposome amplification
A regenerable planar waveguide immunosensor for theophylline has been developed. The use of theophylline-labeled liposomes provides one order of magnitude greater signal enhancement over theophylline derivatized with fluorescein.
