Sugar conformations in intramolecular DNA triplexes determined by coupling constants obtained by automated simulation of P.COSY cross peaks

We present an analysis of the cross-peak patterns and coupling constants from the phase-sensitive COSY spectrum of a 31-base intramolecular DNA triplex (HD31). Accurate coupling constants were obtained using our new program CHEOPS.
