Summary:Objective The purpose of this article is to provide a review of coronal fractures of the femoral condyles, known as Hoffa fractures. Conclusions Knowledge of anatomy with related pathology, orthopedic trends, imaging findings, and complications, is important in assessing Hoffa fractures.
