Summary: | Bidirectional OLED based microdisplays offer interesting possibilities for new applications. A new optical concept of a veins viewer based on bidirectional OLED microdisplay will be presented. The veins viewer records an IR‐image of your veins and this image will be projected in the visible range onto your skin. This enables the visualization of the superficial blood vessels below human skin. Thereby, a simplified and not painful therapy of the patient is possible. |
