Tentorial meningiomas: Surgical options, clinical feature and management experience in 43 patients
Highlights • We proposed classification of TMs by two types and several subtypes into seven groups. • Six approaches were designed accordingly to decrease the deficit and obtain benefit. • Demonstrate signs of infiltration of the sinus correlated and ways to deal with it.
