Description
Summary:We present a 56 years-old male patient with an acute ischemic episode. The patient showed significant dilation of the left main coronary artery and proximal segments of the left descending artery, as well as a right coronary artery with a 10mm diameter in the proximal and medial segments. These findings are compatible with a Kawasaki's disease in a chronic phase.
