Description
Summary:Photodiode-based chemiluminometric biosensors for hydrogen peroxide and L-lysine were developed. The sensors were used in a flow injection set-up to determine hydrogen peroxide and lysine. Hydrogen peroxide could be measured with a detection limit of 10 −6 M. Lysine determinations were performed with a lysine oxidase / microbial peroxidase membrane in a range between 5 μM and 10 mM lysine.
