Male reproductive biology of the red frog crab, Ranina ranina, off Hachijojima, Izu Islands, Japan

A histological study of the reproductive system and cycle collected the male red frog crabs Ranina ranina from the Izu Islands of Japan. Results revealed that seasonal changes in the reproductive cycle were inconspicuous histologically and microscopically.
