Allozyme and mitochondrial DNA variation in yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) from the Pacific Ocean

A study used samples of yellowfin tuna from the Pacific Ocean to examine their genetic variability. Results revealed that a subset of individuals had an average nucleotide diversity per sample of 0.359%.
