Description
Summary:The mathematical modeling of the hydromechanical extrusion of nonferrous and hardly deformed metals through two sequentially installed cone dies is carried out. This process is accompanied by the active action of friction forces, which ensured a substantial decrease in the extrusion force. The optimum parameters of extrusion toolage are determined to minimize the extrusion force. A program complex for computer modeling in a MATLAB system, which is integrated with SolidWorks and DEFORM packages and designed to solve the problems of plastic deformation of metals and to develop the optimum structure of an extrusion toolage, was developed.
