Summary: | Main cases of damage of superheaters from steel 12Kh1MF due to disturbance of the process of production of the tubes and due to creep, thermal fatigue, and short-term superheating are considered. The methods of metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscopy are used to determine the special features of their microstructure and fracture surfaces. The results obtained are used to develop an algorithm for detecting the causes of damage in superheaters produced from heat-resistant pearlitic steels. |
