Summary:Parameters of dielectric microdisk resonators based on Si/Si1axGex:Er light-emitting structures were investigated using the theory of whispering-gallery modes. Theoretical analysis was carried out for a cylinder made of Si0.7Ge0.3 with a radius a and a height h varying in a wide range. The data obtained are of interest of a laser realization on Si basis operating at 1.54 mu m.
