Description
Summary:In the case of the surface composting of plant residues together with different doses of mineral fertilizers and lime, the yield of crops of the following crop rotation—sugar beet plants-barley plants-pea plants-winter wheat plants—was higher than that without the addition of the plant residues to the fertilizer mixture, which facilitated the increase in the crop rotation productivity. The effect of the surface composting of plant residues averaged to 12.4% per experiment. The use of the by-product as a fertilizer together with mineral fertilizers at average doses (N 170 P 210 K 210 per crop rotation) and with a low dose of lime (50 kg/t of haulm and 10 kg/t of hulm) resulted in the refining of the quality of the cultivated crops.
