The genus Moreaua in Japan and Korea

The Moreaua species, distributed in Japan and Korea, are presented. Moreaua aterrima is reported for the first time from both countries. Carex callitrichos var. nana, C. mira, and C. tenuiformis are new host records for this smut fungus.
