Summary: | The results of the design of a method for the parametric reconstruction of distributions of discrete microobjects defined by a series of two-dimensional sections of a cloud of points are presented. Conceptual premises are considered for the visualization of three-dimensional distributions of neurons during processing primary microscopy data. Details of the technical implementation of the method are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm, as well as the possibility of full automation of the reconstruction process, are discussed. |
