Description
Summary:Since the birth of forums on the Internet in 2000, the Mauritanians exchange, contradict themselves, have a dialogue of their problems even 'scold' unless none of them can affect the body of other one in the virtual public place. The forums, the Web sites and the blogs of Diaspora invite on the writing and the daily rewriting of the history, on the practice and moulding of the political discourses of the actors on line and all the stakes with underlie them. Comments will not focus on the value nor on the classification or the typological study of messages, but on the interpretation of their contents and the situations which are in the base of this production of documents. Ambition is to size how these discussions participate in the shape of review and in a rewriting of the history, of a moulding of the political discourses in situation of diaspora, but also how these exchanges allow the various actors to have a dialogue on the 'neutral' place.
