Rapid purification of two lipase isoenzymes from Candida rugosa

We describe a two-step method for the purification of two lipases (lipases A and B) from C. rugosa. The purification procedure includes Phenyl-Sepharose and Sephacryl HR 100 chromatographies. The enzymes obtained were pure according to criteria of specific activity and neutral sugar content.
