Humboldt State University Continued accreditation of the Forest Hydrology, Forest Resource Conservation, and Wildland Fire Management curriculum options, and accreditation of the Forest Soils and Forest Operations curriculum options, leading to a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry through 2015. Accredited and Candidate Degree Programs in Forestry and Urban Forestry ACCREDITATION To be accredited by SAF, academic programs leading to a Baccalaureate or Master's degree must prepare a self-evaluation report, host an onsite review by a visiting team, and undergo review by the SAF Committee on Accreditation, which determines that a degree program meets SAF accreditation standards for mission, goals and objectives, curriculum, program organization and administration, faculty, students, and parent-institution support. |
