Biochemical composition of Nyctiphanes australis and its possible use as an aquaculture feed source : lipids, pigments and fluoride content

A study of Nyctiphanes australis indicates that it contains, on a dry weight basis, an average of 52% crude protein and 5-9.5% lipid. N. australis also contains high levels of fluoride.
