Summary:To examine the role of ghrelin in appetite and compensatory energy intake (EI) following a 12 week mandatory program of exercise training in obese adults. A 12-week, fixed energy expenditure (EE), supervised exercise intervention was conducted in 49 overweight and obese individuals (M:17, F:32; Mean Age, 43yrs; Mean BMI, 31kg/m2).
