Description
Summary:Micro-Abstract In this single-center study we assessed the efficacy and outcomes of radioembolization (RE) for unresectable, chemorefractory colorectal cancer liver metastases in 53 heavily pretreated patients. Median overall survival (OS) was 12.7 months and median liver progression-free survival was 4.7 months. Patients with carcinoembryonic antigen levels ≥ 90 ng/mL at the time of RE and with lymphovascular invasion on pathology of the primary had decreased OS.
