The effect of mono-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate on apoptosis of rat ovarian granulosa cells in vitro

Highlights • This study evaluated the effect of MEHP on rat granulosa cells apoptosis. • MEHP exposure inhibited ovarian granulosa cell viability, induced cells apoptosis. • MEHP exposure increased caspase-3 activity and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio.
