Purpuric herpes zoster in patients in therapy with clopidogrel

Highlights • Clopidogrel is a drug used for the prevention of vascular events. • Six clinical varieties of herpes zoster exist. • Haemorrhagic herpes zoster is considered a very rare variety. • We report 3 cases of purpuric herpes zoster in patients during clopidogrel.
