Paper No S10.2: Cathodoluminescence Imaging and EELS of Quantum Dot in Rods Excited in a Field Emission Transmission Electron Microscope

Red light filtered cathodoluminescent (CL) imaging and chemical spectroscopy are combined with STEM imaging to analyze CdSe/CdS core/shell quantum dot in rods. Shape and uniformity is shown in conjunction with the location of the selenide containing cores.
