Prevalence and reasons for use of electronic cigarettes among smokers: Findings from the International Tobacco Control (ITC) Netherlands Survey

Highlights • Awareness and use of e-cigarettes increased over time. • The main reason to use e-cigarettes was to reduce the number of regular cigarettes. • Other reasons to use e-cigarettes were associated with harm reduction and price.
