Summary:Micro-Abstract Pregnancy in multiple myeloma is extremely rare because the average age of onset approaches 70 years. However, the fetal outcomes are comparable to those in pregnancy without multiple myeloma. We report 5 additional cases along with a review of the existing literature. We provide a review of potential treatment regimens and approaches to the management of pregnancy during multiple myeloma.
