Summary: | The paper presents results of investigating development of the hydrophilic flora and its qualitative composition in two Serbian reservoirs. They show that differences in shoreline indentation and muddiness, water depth, and degree of human influence on these two reservoirs have dictated differences in the number of species of the hydrophilic flora in them. Analysis of that flora indicated the presence of 64 plant species in the Gruza Reservoir, and 30 in the Grosnica Reservoir. Comparison of our results with those of the earlier investigations for both reservoirs is given in this paper, too. Values of the Sørenson similarity index indicated greater similarity between the two times of analysis for the Grosnica Reservoir.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT] |
