Summary:A computational and theoretical evaluation of the potential for calibration (verification) of critical micronozzles by the comparison method is performed by means of a micronozzle comparator. The operations of the technique of performing measurements with the use of this comparator are noted, the first results of studies are set forth, and a dependence for computational estimation of the error of measurements performed by means of this method are presented.
