Human papillomavirus infection and the malignant transformation of sinonasal inverted papilloma: a meta-analysis

Highlights • The link between HPV and malignant sinonasal inverted papilloma (SNIP) is quantified. • A significant positive HPV − malignant-SNIP association is observed. • High-risk HPV is significantly associated with malignant SNIP.
