Sudden death due to a cystic lesion in the cerebellum

Highlights • We report an unusual autopsy case of cerebellar hemangioblastoma. • The tumor in our case looked like just a slightly grayish discoloration. • Cystic lesions in the CNS need to be carefully examined.
