Summary: | The resistance of film coatings based on chitosan and aminoglycoside antibiotics, such as amikacin sulfate, to hyaluronidase enzyme preparation is considered. Despite the use of a solid film sample in enzymatic hydrolysis, the regularities of the process are similar to those observed in the hydrolysis of chitosan in solution at low concentrations of substrate. The addition of the drug leads to a reduction of the rate of enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan and provides the potentially longer service life of protective film materials on the wound surface. |
