To monitor oxidative stress concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA), reduced glutathione and sulfhydryl groups, production of OFRs, and activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO), superoxide dismutase, and catalase were measured. Denaturation of plasma components was detected in SETARAM Micro DSC-II calorimeter.
