Gemcitabine enhances Kras-MEK-induced matrix metalloproteinase-10 expression in gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic tumor-initiating cells
Methods: KMC07 cells were treated with gemcitabine, and gene expression and functional studies were investigated using microarray, quantitative polymerase chain reaction, immunoblot, immunohistochemistry, chromatin immunoprecipitation, and cell transplantation into nude mice.
