Anaesthetic recovery in bovine youngstock: effect of thiopental vs ketamine as induction agents
Ketamine offers potent analgesia mediated via both opioid receptor and NMDA receptor activity and has an onset of action of 1-2 minutes. A linear regression model with the outcome being time to standing was fitted for the explanatory variable THIO.
