Summary:Asymmetric Parallel-Cascaded Micro-ring Resonator (APCMR) and Double Ring Resonator (DDR) structures are an innovative form of Optical filter based on Micro-ring Resonator (MRR). In this paper we investigate comparison between APCMR and DRR structures . Vernier effects occur in the structure of DRR. The DRR structure has low crosstalk and large bandwidth than the APCMR structure.
