At sublethal Cu concentrations, lactate dehydrogenase activity was increased less dramatically, and G-6-PDH activity was increased. As sublethal exposure duration increased, enzyme activities recovered to near-normal states, indicating the activation of metal detoxification and elimination pathways. |
